  • As our responsibilities as managers constantly become more complex and demand the involvement of more people, it is essential that we explore alternate methods to motivate our staff through effective people management.

    This skills program has been designed to allow current managers to develop new leadership and behaviour styles which will accommodate our changing environment including:

    Key Learning Objectives

    • Complete an intensive management assessment instrument,sent out approximately three weeks prior to the program start dates followed by hands-on application of the concepts and 360º feedback provided during an action-packed three days
    • Extensive group work and simulation used to reinforce each learning segment
    • Creation of a personal action plan for further developing your management skills and leadership styles back at the office

    Course Pre-Work Materials

    Each participant will receive an e-mail detailing the process for online completion of a Management Effectiveness Profile System (MEPS). You will also be asked to provide five respondents whose feedback you value. All surveys must be completed and submitted for processing two weeks in advance of the program.
