- Complete an intensive management assessment instrument,sent out approximately three weeks prior to the program start dates followed by hands-on application of the concepts and 360º feedback provided during an action-packed three days

Course Pre-Work Materials
Each participant will receive an e-mail detailing the process for online completion of a Management Effectiveness Profile System (MEPS). You will also be asked to provide five respondents whose feedback you value. All surveys must be completed and submitted for processing two weeks in advance of the program.
