Sales Leadership 3: Process Certificate

    The Process Certificate, plus two other certificates – Strategy and People – comprise the Masters Certificate in Sales Leadership. In this final module, you’ll acquire skills in rethinking change leadership, optimizing client intelligence, driving revenue with social media, innovating improved performance and mastering the neuroscience of mindful management. At the end of the module, you’ll receive direction and guidance from the Advisory Council of the Centre of Excellence in Sales Leadership on the business plan you’ve been building during the course of the three programs in the masters certificate.

    Limited to just 25 participants, this program is designed for those driven to be best-in-class in sales leadership, and specifically for sales executives and managers with several years of leadership experience who are, or will be, responsible for strategic direction.
