Municipal Leadership 3: Public Sector Advancements

  • Designed in cooperation with the Municipal Advisory Council of Municipal Executives, this program provides you with skills and understanding needed to engage employees and maintain constructive employee relations in unionized and non-unionized settings and in a changing environment.

    This course is a module of the Masters Certificate in Municipal Leadership program. Depending on your needs, you can take this course as a stand-alone program, working towards the full Masters Certificate if all modules are completed within three (3) years or register for full certificate programs and save on your tuition.
