How we helped CIBC develop a world-class executive level leadership program

The Business:

CIBC is a leading Canadian-based financial institution with more than 44,000 employees and 11 million clients. CIBC’s vision is to be the leader in client relationships based on the bank’s values of Trust, Teamwork and Accountability.

The Challenge:

CIBC was looking for a world-class learning partner to develop an executive level program for its current and future leaders. The customized leadership program was designed to help leaders acquire both the strategic perspectives required for longer term corporate change and the execution skills to deliver short term business performance.

The Solution:

SEEC and CIBC launched a customized program Financial Services Leadership in 2011 and is now in its sixth year. The program is an intensive seven module, 13 day program that takes place over a 1 year period with CIBC Senior Directors as its target audience. Topics covered include
