Nicole Boivin

  • Biography

    Nicole Boivin is a strategic consultant with a proven track record of leading change in multiple sectors in highly complex, regulated environments. She has been a strategic adviser to boards and executives dealing with disruption, emerging technologies, mergers and acquisitions, and changes in leadership and strategy. She currently serves on the private board Res Publica Capital Inc and the public board Supremex. She is a former board member of Ontario Power Generation, Brampton Distribution Holdco, Pathways to Education and Harbourfront Centre.

    Nicole has deep expertise in human resources, particularly in planning for the future of work, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, assessing and building internal capability to meet new requirements, organizational design and aligning executive compensation with performance. Her skill set includes knowing how to rebuild brand presence and manage reputational risk. She also hosts a podcast series, “Leaders Unplugged”, which profiles female leadership.

    Here areas of expertise include, leveraging digital properties, change management and transformation, cross border and international experience, merger and acquisition integration, and she has experience with growth- and efficiency-driven mandates. She has worked on CEO searches, succession planning, and coaching. Her experience also includes work in global organizational design, talent Management, employee engagement and recognition, crisis communications and Corporate Social Responsibility.
