  • Biography

    Ken is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School who teaches in the Masters of Laws program specializing in the areas of financial crimes and corporate compliance. He is also a counsel at Gardiner Roberts LLP where he focuses on the area of risk management strategies to promote regulatory and corporate compliance. He defends regulatory and criminal charges in fields ranging from the environment to competition law, as well as prosecuting on behalf of Conservation Authorities. Ken litigates civil disputes which have a regulatory component. As part of risk management, he provides advice to organizations with respect to a due diligence matrix for compliance. Ken is also a member of the Baker & McKenzie North American Investigations and Business Crimes Steering Committee.
