Biography

John is one of the leading experts and practitioners in program evaluation and performance measurement for the public sector. He has instructed thousands of public-sector leaders on how to effectively develop and implement evaluation and measurement in their organizations. John has more than 30 years’ experience in results-based management in the public sector, having provided consulting assistance in both Canada and the United States at the federal, provincial/state and municipal levels, as well as other not-for-profit agencies.
