Gordon McIntosh

Biography

Gordon McIntosh has 34 years of management, educator and consultancy roles in the local government sector. He has provided over 900 governance, strategy and leadership workshop throughout Canada and overseas. His research work focuses on local government leadership competency modeling and development. He serves as University Faculty at York, Victoria and Cape Breton as well as the Tanzanian Public Service College.
