Francis Garwe

  • Biography

    Francis is director of Clinical Services at Carea Community Health Centres’ (CCHC) Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa and a governor of the board of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. He is a strong strategic leader with more than 15 years’ experience in change management in healthcare leadership environment, organizational culture implementation strategy, project management, program development, and management and health-care administration systems. He is certified ProSci change enablement Practitioner, coach and facilitator, who specializes in organizational development and systems integration strategies, strategic planning, business processes development, leadership coaching and relationship/partnership development. He has masters degrees in organizational management and healthcare systems management from Dallas Baptist University, as well as a BSc in management information systems and he is a Certified Court Appointed mediator.
