Andrew Levison is president and founder of Above+Beyond, a Toronto-based management consulting company specializing in culture transformation, leadership optimization and employee engagement. He is also a strategic partner at SEEC’s Global Talent Centre. Andrew is a dynamic speaker and entrepreneur on the cutting edge of business. He has been designing and delivering breakthrough learning experiences for leaders and their teams for more than 20 years. He has worked in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, and speaks and teaches internationally on the topic of Leadership DNA and Change.
