Participants in the Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development put their learning to work in a special project - the practicum - to be completed within a year of completing the four in-class modules. The Practicum Report provides you with an opportunity to reflect on your learning from the self-directed experience and is the capstone to the Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development program.
