    B.O.L.D. acts as a catalyst to enhance the capacity and elevate the impact of diverse leaders. You will experience a high-engagement, dynamic approach to managing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The program design enaables the leader’s immediate, on-the-job application and engagement, with the designated employer-sponsor, to support organizational change management. The content focuses on innovation and the integration of the talent learnings and shared experiences to enhance individual, team and organizational dynamics and synergies.
