SEEC instructor Brett Richards, PHd, spoke to members of AMA Toronto Chapter today at a breakfast event held at the Nadal Management Centre. Richards, an expert on Emotional Intelligence (EQ), spoke about how understanding it can help mentors increase the value of their efforts and provide insight in return.
