Quintin Fox

  • Biography

    Quintin has 20 years’ experience working for membership-based organizations in pivotal roles with a focus on education and training, research and governance. He is currently director of Training Development and Capacity Resourcing at Gay Lea Foods Co-operative, a leading dairy processor with more than 900 employees working out of 12 sites across Ontario. Quintin works with the Human Resources and Member Relations departments to develop training and development programs to meet the needs of members, delegates, directors and employees. He was responsible for the development and delivery of the award-winning Leadership in Governance director and delegate training program. Quintin is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and graduated from the MCATD program in 2016. He is currently working towards his Certified Professional Facilitator designation through the International Association of Facilitators.
